Karin's Crab & Shrimp Quiche
Mix together:
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cup drained yogurt
1/4 cup sliced green onions
dash of salt and pepper
dash of nutmeg
3/4 cup crab meat
2/3 cup salad shrimp
2 cups shredded Swiss or Cheddar or some of both
2 Tbsp. nut flour
Options: olives, pimento, red onions, fresh dill, capers
Lightly butter quiche pan. Bake at 325 F for 40 min. or more until slightly brownish around edges and a knife comes out clean.
