Karin's Moroccon Chicken

1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cayenne, optional
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 skinless/boneless chicken breasts or 12 skinless/boneless chicken thighs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients.

Add the chicken to the marinade. Turn to coat well. Refrigerate for 1 to 6 hours turning a few times.

Line baking sheet with foil. Arrange chicken on foil. If using chicken breasts with bones, put bone side down. Spoon over extra marinade and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Bake at 400 F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
