Domenic's SCD Cannelloni
1. Make any number of SCD omelettes / crepes. Cut each into 2 and roll in a slice of smoked provolone cheese. Don't add salt. The smoke flavour will come through.
2. Place in an oven proof pan /pyrex, pour some SCD tomato sauce over top, and sprinkle with almond flour.
3. Bake at 250 F. for about 10 minutes.
Serve with a green salad and a glass of dry red wine.
