Daisy's Savoury Parmesan Cake
4 cups nut flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups parmesan cheese ie.
2 eggs
6 tbsp. olive oil
Butter the pan generously. Don't be shy with the butter
because it really
gives a creamy taste.
Spread the mix not too thickly in a mold/pyrex.
Bake at 350 degrees F until the sides/top are golden -
don't let it get too brown.
Let it harden/cool on a rack.
